PhotoQuest (“PhotoQuest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a photo-cleaning and memory game for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains what information PhotoQuest accesses, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information PhotoQuest Accesses

Photo Library

With your permission, PhotoQuest accesses photos and related information from your Apple Photos library, including:

• Photos you allow the app to view
• Photo creation or saved dates
• Photo and album identifiers
• Albums available in your photo library

This access is used to create the date-guessing game, display your photos, remember which photos you have played, and let you keep, organize, or delete photos.

PhotoQuest does not upload your photos to our servers. Photo processing occurs on your device.

If a photo is stored in iCloud rather than locally, Apple may download it through iCloud Photos so it can be displayed. That transfer is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy terms.

Information Stored on Your Device

PhotoQuest stores certain information locally on your device, such as:

• Game scores and streaks
• The number of photos played or organized
• Game and photo-review progress
• Photo identifiers and date metadata needed to track progress
• App preferences, including haptic and date-reveal settings
